Patrick
PATRICK

Patrick was born and raised in Southern California. After earning Bachelor of Arts at the University of California, San Diego, and law degree from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law, in San Diego, Patrick worked for one of San Diego’s largest estate planning firms where he gained extensive planning experience. The opportunity to help clients plan for their future while breaking down complex legal concepts and strategies in an approachable manner is what initially drew him into the practice of law.

In 2014, Patrick and his family moved to Reno, Nevada to be near their extended family while raising their children in the Sierras. Patrick joined the faculty at the University of Nevada, Reno, where he handled complex immigration matters for university faculty and staff from around the world.

In 2019, Patrick joined a busy complex litigation practice in Reno, where he practiced estate planning, contested trust and probate litigation, immigration, and complex commercial litigation. Patrick's ability to stay calm and focused has helped him resolve even the most tensely contested matters in favor of his clients. Patrick particularly focused his practice on issues involving breaches of fiduciary duty and improper use and abuse of funds. He has gained tremendous experience in all facets of litigation over the years with larger firms, but innately loves being part of his team at Tallac Law who are not just friendly but approachable and share his passion for helping people in a collaborative manner.

At Tallac Law, Patrick concentrates his practice primarily in the areas of estate planning trust administration, and probate and trust litigation. From careful and intentional planning, to resolving unforeseen disputes that arise along the way, Patrick has vast experience in all areas involving trusts and estates. He assists clients throughout California and Nevada.

In his free time, Patrick enjoys spending time with his wife and five children, getting outdoors as often as possible, reading, and playing guitar.
